Appointments and walk-ins

Appointments booked online are confirmed subject to availability. Appointments take priority over walk-ins. If you are running late, call us on (623) 263-6497 and we will do what we can, but we may need to shorten the service or rebook you so other clients are not held up.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so the slot can go to someone else.

Services and results

We describe our services as accurately as we can, and our barbers will tell you honestly what will and will not work for your hair type and length. Results vary between individuals and we cannot guarantee a specific outcome.

Text messages

If you provide your mobile number when booking, you may receive appointment confirmations and reminders by text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Pricing

Prices are confirmed in the shop or at the time of booking and may change. Where this site describes a service without a price, contact us for current pricing.

Liability
